Eurasian magpie<\/b>\u00a0\u0438\u043b\u0438\u00a0common magpie<\/b>\u00a0(\u041f\u0438\u043a\u0430 \u043f\u0438\u043a\u0430<\/i>) is a resident breeding bird throughout Europe, much of Asia and northwest Africa. It is one of several birds in the\u00a0crow family\u00a0designated\u00a0magpies, and belongs to the\u00a0Holarctic\u00a0radiation of \u201cmonochrome\u201d magpies. In Europe, \u201cmagpie\u201d is used by\u00a0English\u00a0speakers as a synonym for the European magpie: the only other magpie in Europe is the\u00a0Iberian magpie\u00a0(Cyanopica cooki<\/i>), which is limited to the Iberian peninsula.<\/p>\n
