Toucans are among the most iconic and recognisable birds in the world — those massive, colourful bills combined with striking plumage patterns make them aviary showpieces for any collector or breeder.

A serious commitment

Keeping toucans is a serious commitment. They need large flight space (these birds hop through trees rather than perching still), a specialised low-iron fruit-based diet, and temperatures that rarely fall below 18°C. They are NOT beginner birds — for easier softbills, see mynahs or other softbill species.

Species in our collection

We carry Toco Toucans (the largest and most recognisable species), Keel-Billed Toucans, and select smaller Aracari species. Every toucan ships with full health documentation and a detailed care manual.

Housing needs
