Amazon parrots are mid-size, stocky New World parrots known for their talkativeness and strong personalities. Species in our collection include Yellow-Naped, Double Yellow-Headed, Blue-Fronted, and other Amazon varieties.
Why consider an Amazon
Amazons are hardier and more assertive than many parrots — they don’t require the intense daily bonding of a какаду, and they tolerate household noise well. They’re excellent talkers, with some individuals developing vocabularies of several hundred words. Rivalled only by Африкански сиви for speech clarity.
