Periquitos

Parrotlets are the smallest true parrots — not budgies, not tortolitos, but proper parrots in miniature. A Pacific Parrotlet is about 12 cm long but has the personality and intelligence of a bird many times its size.

Big personality, small body

Don’t let the size fool you: parrotlets can and will bite hard when threatened, and males in particular can become territorial. But raised hand-fed and properly socialised, they bond intensely with their human and become devoted companions.

Colour mutations

We carry Pacific Parrotlets in the main colour mutations — Green (wild type), Blue, Lutino, and Yellow. Every parrotlet ships with a hatch certificate and closed leg ring.
