Colar de anel indiano
The Indian Ringneck Parakeet is one of the most popular Asian parrots kept in captivity — an elegant, medium-sized species available in a wide range of colour mutations from the wild-type green through Blue, Lutino, Yellow, and American Yellow.
Exceptional talkers
Indian Ringnecks are exceptional talkers — often ranked among the top three parrot species for speech clarity, alongside Papagaios-cinzentos africanos e Amazons. They’re also relatively quiet for their size when not vocalising, making them suitable for more noise-sensitive households than cacatuas ou conures.
Identification and documentation
Males develop the distinctive neck ring at 2–3 years; females typically don’t. All our Indian Ringnecks are hand-fed, DNA-sexed, and closed-leg-ringed.
